  • New mobile-based service now gives all Private Client customers access to FARFETCH’s proprietary luxury sourcing service, Fashion Concierge, allowing them to source unique, rare or incredibly hard-to-find and even sold-out fashion and collectibles they won’t find anywhere else.

LONDON, U.K. October 12, 2022 – FARFETCH Limited (NYSE: FTCH), the leading global platform for the luxury fashion industry, today announced the launch of Fashion Concierge for all FARFETCH Private Client customers to access a concierge service to help them source some of the world’s most unique luxury items.

Fashion Concierge is FARFETCH’s proprietary sourcing service offered exclusively to FARFETCH Private Clients. Private Client is FARFETCH’s top tier of client loyalty membership. The service enables Private Clients to access hard-to-find items - such as one-of-a-kind handbags or limited edition watches, fine jewellery as well as art and homewares - that are not yet available on the FARFETCH Marketplace and to source products from Fashion Concierge’s network of luxury supply partners.

Fashion Concierge was originally offered by invitation only to a selected group of Private Clients in 2017, enabling customers to access exclusive merchandise via their FARFETCH stylists. In 2020, the Fashion Concierge team launched a direct-to-consumer proposition to surface an exceptional assortment of exclusive items to the full Private Client customer base on the FARFETCH iOS app.

The full Private Client customer base will now have instant Fashion Concierge access with the click of a button. The client experience will be as simple and holistic as browsing on FARFETCH, but will engage Private Clients in a hyper-personal and loyalty-winning way to source the items they desire. Results of their requests will be communicated by email and push notifications, and the client will be prompted to check out. Additionally, Private Clients can request out of stock items priced over $1000 in their wishlist. The Fashion Concierge experience will be available on the FARFETCH iOS app.
